Participants
An email invitation from OPTM360 OnDemand, [email protected], will include a direct link to begin. Please check your SPAM folder if you believe you are missing a survey. Participants (those being evaluated) will have a portal where all tasks are consolidated. Participants will log in with a temporary password initially, but then will create a password. Passwords may be reset by clicking “Forgot My Password” on the login page. Evaluators (those evaluating others) will get a separate email for each participant, with a unique link to take the survey for that person. Evaluators do not need passwords.
