The OPTM360 uses a unique scale which includes Do Much More, Do More, Do Not Change, Do Less, Do Much Less, or No Rating. The rater is asked to indicate if/how someone should change their behaviors to be a better leader.
“No Rating” applies when a behavior is not applicable or the rater does not have enough information about the item to suggest any shift in behavior.
“Do Less” applies to an overdone strength or behavior that is not appropriate to the participant’s current role; rating “Do Less” directs someone to “dial down” or “back off.”
“Do More” indicates that someone should find ways to demonstrate a behavior more often or with more vigor and intensity.
“Do Not Change” indicates that change is not needed or not important in this area at this time. It may imply mastery or point to an area of strength, but that should not be assumed.
